Living Beyond the Fray—What Perpetuing Really Means

In a culture tugging us in every direction, Perpetuing invites us to remain anchored in the eternal. What if living “beyond the fray” was less about escaping the world and more about carrying Heaven within it?

What does it really mean to live beyond the fray?

We live in a noisy, anxious world that often pulls our hearts away from the stillness of God’s presence. Perpetuing is not a concept—it’s a Spirit-led lifestyle. It means remaining connected to Jesus moment by moment, choosing Heaven’s rhythm over the world’s chaos. It is living from within the presence of God, not striving to reach Him but abiding within Him.

This sacred way of living is anchored in truth (John 14:6), rooted in love (John 13:34–35), and sustained by communion. It invites us to pause, re-center, and remember that eternity is not far away—it is within us when we remain in Christ.

Let this be your invitation: live differently, live deeper, live Perpetuing.

    1. Hello,
Back in 2020 during COVID-19 I lost my company that I had founded. It had grown to a $40M+ business. I thought the only thing left to do was commit suicide. On July 1, 2020 I cried out, “God help me!” He lovingly and graciously answered.

The Lord has had me on quite the journey over the last few years post His rescue from suicide. (both physical and spiritual rescue)
I asked the Lord what I should do with all that He has shown me, and He said “Point everyone to Me.”

The word Perpetuing: Last month (June 2025), I was sitting with the Lord with a desire in my heart for Him to fill me with the fullness of everything His Word says is available – continually, not just in the quiet or still moments. Thriving without striving.

I prayed, Lord please help me to always be listening for and hearing Your voice, always resting while rising, praying without ceasing, hungering and thirsting, receiving Your love while sharing You with others, healing while ministering, etc, etc. A continual state of communion with God. A constant flowing from Him, into and through me. I heard the Lord say this one word, “Perpetuing.” In that moment, He efficiently and sufficiently summarized the cry and desire of my heart into one single word.

Since July 1, 2020 this journey has been one of single (divine) steps of obedience one after the other unto the Lord. And thankfully, when I screw up, the Lord patiently and graciously broadens the path beneath my feet so that my ankles don’t turn. (Psalm 18:36)

All of the Spirit-led books, songs, devotional, and discipleship guide materials available on this website have been brought forth as a result of obedience; not a product of accomplishment.

I pray that my testimony will perhaps encourage one more person (you) to spend unrushed time within the Lord. To experience the depth and breadth of His love, while receiving His compassion, His mercy, His graciousness, His forgiveness, His deliverance with transformation, and His invitation into Perpetual Life.

Psalm 18:6 says: “In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From His temple He heard my voice; my cry came before Him, into His ears.”
Psalm 18:16 says: “He reached down from on high and took hold of me; He drew me out of deep waters.”
Psalm 34:6 says: “This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; He saved him out of all his troubles.”
2 Corinthians 6:10 says: “Sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.”

Praise God for His daily rescue in our lives!

I pray the love from God will superabound within you and overflow from you! Have a wonderful day!

      Always Perpetuing,
      ~Blessing Others
